GEOTUB®
is the first plastic formwork for making round columns, usable for several castings.
A new-concept form different from the one made of cardboard or similar materials since it allows quick and easy removal without the use of
dismantling agents.
REUSE
GEOTUB® is competitive as regards costs because it can be reused for at least 100 castings.
Concrete does not stick to plastic, so the form can be cleaned with just a
bit of water without using other detergents and/or
lubricants.
INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL
Installation and removal are quick and easy thanks to the handles which allow complete fixing of the forms in only 90
degrees.
MODULARITY
GEOTUB®
is a modular element
available in various sizes ranging from 25 to 100 cm
in diameter and 60 cm long so it does not need cutting or adapting since only the elements necessary for the casting are used.
STORAGE
GEOTUB®
can be completely dismantled and stored even in damp places.
HANDLING ON SITE
Thanks to its
compact dimension it can be easily moved on the site and installed where necessary.
RESULT
The surface of the column obtained with GEOTUB®
can be left exposed without further
intervention.
INSTALLATION
The various elements fasten together by means of a very resistant nylon handle.
Fastening is quick because there is maximum fixing of the elements thanks to the rotation of only 90ƒ.
There is no set direction of installation either for the GEOTUB®
or for the handle.
