GEOSKY^® is a system of plastic formworks for floors realization. Thanks to its main beam provided with a sliding wedge, this new and innovative system makes installation and dismantling quick, it reduces casting time in the building yard. It is composed by panels of Geopanel 120x60 cm ( 11 kg maximum weight) and by 3 plastic beams to place on the traditional wooden truss H20. This system allows to advance dismantling operations. GEOSKY ® is the ideal solution to build any kind of floor: bidirectional, massive or lightened.

RAPIDITY
GEOSKY^® 's simple mechanical device speeds up assembling and dismantling phases thanks to the lightness of each element. In comparison with the traditional systems, this device allows to save time.

ADVANCED DISMANTLING
GEOSKY^® makes possible the dismantling of the panels only after one day depending from the floor type, from the concrete employed and from the season. The dismantling is possible thanks to the sliding wedge system.

FLEXIBILITY
GEOSKY^® does not need special panels, people have to use the same panels (Geopanel) that can be employed for walls realization, too.

APPLICATION FIELDS
GEOSKY^® is suitable for floors realization of commercial centers, multi-storey carparks, industrial and residential buildings.

EASY CLEANING
Concrete does not stick to plastic, this is the reason why dismantling is easy and cleaning is simple: you can use only a few water and you do not need any particular detergent.

ASSEMBLY

The shoring must be done by steel props high load capacity, by forks and wooden beams for floors. GEOSKY^®s assembling system is very simple and quick: laying of the elements from the top and fastening through the handles.
