GEOPANEL® is an easy and intuitive system of modular formworks in plastic, to build walls, foundations and pillars in concrete. In comparison with the traditional systems such as the wood panels or the steel one, Geopanel is handierm more economic and quicker to be installed. Geopanel has a series of panels of variable measures which can be fastened together by means of nylon handles fast closed.
Thanks to the possibility of making several combinations you can have different thickness of 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 cm. and external and internal corners by means of special elements.
SPEED
GEOPANEL® weights 11 Kg. only and therefore it can be installed by one person. It is light and easy to assemble thanks to the handles which allow an excellent lockup of formworks with only a 90° turn.
GEOPANEL® doesn’t require any dismantling agent not even any particular treatment before the casting or during the assembling.
INSTALLATION
Its external structure has a series of edges which make the crib and the plumb-lining of the system easier. The panels have been previously drilled for the passage of the threaded bars and of the spacing bars which are usually on sale, being accessories used for the traditional steel panels.
REMOVAL
The concrete does not stick to the plastic, which allows an easy removal and a quick washing up, without using any particular detergent, but some water only.
STORAGE
GEOPANEL®can be completely dismantled and stored even in damp places.
MODULARITY
All the elements are usually 60 cm. high and have variable length of 25, 30, 40,
120 cm; thus they don’t need any cut, not even any adjustment, as you will use and combine the elements necessary to your project only.
HANDLING ON SITE
The material can be easily dismantled and quickly moved on the job site, without using any crane thanks to the handling system fast released.
REUSAGE
GEOPANEL® is economic as it needs just little maintenance in comparison with the traditional systems and it can be re-used up to 100 times (if you wash and use it accordingly).
RESULT
The wall obtained with Geopanel can be left exposed without any further intervention.
